You are using Services (as defined below) developed by Dodecaton.com. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using any Services by Dodecaton.com. By downloading, viewing or using any of our Services you are agreeing to these Terms of Use.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Dodecaton.com provides tools and content for learning music.
Services include PianoMate mobile application, and online Sheet Music Library.

2. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

To have full access to the Sheet Music Library, you need to have an auto-renewable subscription.

- The lenght of the subscription is 1 month.
- The price of the subscription is 2.99 $/month.
– Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase - Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal is 2.99$.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
– Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

THE SERVICES AND ALL MATERIALS CONTAINED IN THEM ARE DISTRIBUTED AND TRANSMITTED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
